This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work, and is in line with UK consumer protection laws.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy something online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it’s not faulty
You then have 14 days after notifying us to return the item
This means a total of up to 28 days to return an item if you change your mind.
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days from that contact date, unless otherwise stated below.
To be eligible for a return
✔ The product must be new, unused, and unopened (unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
✔ All original packaging and labels must be intact
✔ The item must be returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Due to UK health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for consumable items (like beverages) once the packaging has been opened — unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We will offer a refund (full or partial), replacement, or credit if
✔ Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or unfit for consumption
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe

If your order appears delayed, please allow up to 10 business days from the order date before contacting us
This allows couriers sufficient time for delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or leaking, please take clear photos of the product and its packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm eligibility
